This season most meetings will be hybrid - attend either online or In-person at Stewart Hall (subject to our Covid protocol) – while many will be online via WebEx only and a few will be live at Stewart Hall only. (Refer to the tag immediately following the title of the evening. ie: HYBRID – WEBEX – LIVE ONLY)
Highlights include international guest speakers, educational presentations, field trip, social activities including our in-house music band, joint initiatives with the Montreal Camera Club, and much more.

Weekly meetings are held most Monday evenings from September to June at Stewart Hall in Pointe-Claire, QC.
Meetings at Stewart Hall, in-person and hybrid, run from 8:00pm to 10:00pm with a short coffee break at around 9:00pm.
Online-only meetings run from 7:30pm to 9:30pm. Please join the WebEx meeting room in advance.

Jason Bolanis is a Pointe-Claire based videographer and historian. Over the past several years he has created a series of fascinating videos in a series entitled Endangered Stories, in which different aspects of the West Island’s history are presented. Jason combines interviews, old photographs, maps and newspaper clippings to create engaging multi-media presentations. He is a dynamic speaker who connects easily with his audience. We look forward to viewing a selection of his Endangered Stories as well as learning about his creative process in combining the various elements into video presentations. ...

Founded in 1953 the Lakeshore Camera Club (LCC) embraces photographers of all skill levels, from the novice to professional. The club is an engaging and friendly mix of enthusiasts that foster an atmosphere of friendship and learning.
LCC Members are exposed to a wide variety of subject matter and styles enabling them to learn new skills and grow in the art of making images. It is a platform for photographers of all ages to find inspiration and move their photographic vision to new heights.
